Do we need to have a CRM solution to use Avnio?

You do not need to have a CRM solution as Avnio operates independently of a CRM solution. Avnio is built, managed and delivered on the Salesforce platform and is provisioned with Salesforce platform access. If your company already uses Salesforce, you can simply deploy Avnio into your existing Salesforce environment. Avnio integrates with other CRM providers like Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot and Pipedrive.

How many RFIs, RFPs, DDQs, Security Questionnaires etc can we respond to?

Unlike other RFP software vendors, there is no limit to the number of responses that can be managed using Avnio. You will not be charged for the volume of responses you manage so you can create as many as you want.

Apart from English, does Avnio support any other languages?

Avnio currently supports 92 languages for the user interface.  We also support the translation of response documents from 50+ languages so if you don’t have the language skills in house, you can translate the questions into a language of your choice, respond and translate back into the source language.
